Week 26 back on it!

After several weeks of static limbo I'm ready to get back to business.

I had several weeks of loosing focus of my goals but didn't suffer any sort of "falling off the wagon" or anything I just went into a lazy phase.

My laziness was rewarded with zero progress towards my goal. :(

Week 26 weight in...

Weight: 226
Weight loss to date: 44#'s.

Monday is the next week weigh in and I am geared up to be back on track.

As I said on GCGC, you really are an inspiration, John! I hit 351 yesterday, down from 404+ in May (the highest my scale shows is 403, then it goes to --, and it was -- when I started). I have a 5-phase plan lined out which ultimately gets me down to 230# by June of 2010 but does it in a healthy manner. I haven't felt this good in many years. One of the reasons I started in this direction was after our discussion on the GCBC weight loss thread, which made me realize that I needed to quit fooling myself and carpe diem. Thanks John!

Congratulations on your progress, your efforts are paying off big time! 50+ lbs represents a lot of good things you have done or yourself. Sometimes I think about more than the lbs...I think about improved blood levels, less pressure on the spine, and things like that. Dropping over 50lbs has significantly improved your health/life.

For whatever part I have in you deciding to carpe it's a humbling thought. I was using you guys to leverage myself with accountability. If I helped you decide to get moving I am really glad and all the more leverage I can use to motivate myself. (it's always all about me) :) haha! seriously thanks for reading my rants, I appreciate your kind words, and you know where to find me if there is anything I can do to help you. Shoot me an email sometime about your 5 point plan and keep on seizing the diem brother. ;)

When I am drinking beer and eating Pizza tomorrow it's going to look like I'm a big time slacker.

....all part of my plan. ;)
