This is a vid series that I find very interesting.
I have watched 5 parts so far and each segment is better than the last. If I didn't have to go to work right now (10 min ago) ;( I'd watch the entire series in one sitting.
I'll watch the rest tonight. This guy goes over a lot of things I already know now, but I still like his presentation style and it's reinforcing info for me.
You can follow the segments in order via the end screen after each 10 min. segment.

Interesting concepts, sounds like a pitch for a CrossFit style workout. :)
CossFit would fit...
And things like HIIT, Tabata, complexes...
And while you are here I really have to say thanks to you for steering me onto the Paleo plan. If you had not been at it and reported good results I would likely not have tried it. Your first hand recommendation went a long way to give me the nudge. ;)
